Shore Excursions Desk Infinity -Pacific Coast Cruise and Reagan Presidential Library

Just returned from super Pacific or West Coast cruise on the Infinity. Wonderful time , all except the shore excursion to Reagan Presidential Library. This a a beautiful attraction in the Simi Valley about 75 minutes from tender port of Santa Barbara.

This tour was very poorly planned as we were the last group called from meeting point the theater. Only 2 hours at library. Need 3 to 4 easily.

Almost half our bus went directly to Shore Excursions Desk upon return. They seemed uninterested in feedback which was constructively presented.

What is the best point of contact to address this issue with Celebrity HQ in Miami?

Sorry i do not know but we always call Cap Club for guidance..too bad you could not resolve on ship by going up the adm chain of command
