Newfie Girl Posted February 22, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 22, 2018 We have two rooms (adjoining) for our family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids). Two kids will be in one room and parents in the other but we had to book one adult in each room because the kids are under age. Long story long, I received an inboard credit because of an error by RCCL. They asked me if I wanted it split between the two rooms and, not thinking, I said not to bother and just put it on my room. My husband likes to play poker and now I'm sorry I didn't put the credit on the other room that was booked in his name. Will they move the OBC for me? Should I ask before we sail? I would wait until you are onboard and make the changes at Guest Services.
Ourusualbeach Posted February 22, 2018 #3 Share Posted February 22, 2018 Go to guest services once on board. You can't do it ahead of time. Sent from my STH100-1 using Forums mobile app
happymanitee Posted February 22, 2018 #4 Share Posted February 22, 2018 When you go to guest services, you just have them combine the accounts. So, you aren’t really moving the OBC, it will just cover the whole account of 2 rooms. This is what we always do.
Rare brillohead Posted February 22, 2018 #5 Share Posted February 22, 2018 If it's all getting charged on the same account, what does it matter? You can link both rooms / all four SeaPasses to the same account and just have one final bill, rather than paying four individual accounts. Newfie Girl Posted February 23, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted February 23, 2018 Thanks everyone, good advice. I didn't realize I would be able to link the two reservations once I get on board. How did we all sail before CC? :):D:D
