European Sailings € or $

Not sure if this will be known yet but will the items such as drinks, casino, uplift restaurants be charged in € or $ on the Vista? Also will the items in the candy store be European or American candy do we know?

Thank you, that's really frustrating as the £-$ just now is so weak but the £-€ is so strong. Was the main reason for not going back stateside. Oh well, Hope that changes.

We've done four European cruises on Carnival and everything has always been in USD.

All Sign and Sail transactions will be in US dollars. You can use euros in the casino

Correct, now just hope it stays that way. The Spring/Summer/Fall of 2016 is a long way off.

The ship runs on USD, however there might be an option to settle S&S bills in euros and one of the ATM machines might dispense euros. A cruise line conversion rate, however, is one of the worst possible rates.

It's cool we will attach the fee free credit card to the ship and take euros for out and about [emoji106]
