Ncl escape

Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone can advise on internet for phone in escape. I hv a European phone. Can I buy wifi , how much does it cost and does it actually work?

We were on the Escape a month ago, and my friend used the ship's internet via her phone. She was satisfied with the service, but it was considerably slower to connect to the ship's internet than to a land-based service. And this slow connection "burned-up" some of the minutes she'd purchased. But it was worth it to her since she needed updates on her dad who was in the hospital. She had an American phone FYI. On NCL's website they advertise internet packages that start at something like $75 USD, but my friend was able to buy a lesser amount of minutes for $20 or $30 USD once on board.

Wi-fi access is a universal thing. Your country of origin doesn’t matter.
