Private tours

Hi. Has anyone used a tour company that does e turtle center, Hell, the rum factory and basically a city tour. We will be traveling with 9 including 3 youngsters (under 7) and I want to reserve a tour company that can meet us at the ship and take us all around. Many years ago we left the ship and just boarded a van with others and did the all the sites. I can't wing it this time with so many people and such young kids. I would love to do a stingray farm, but swimming with the stingrays is out. Since it has been at least 20 years since we have been there, I could really use some direction. Don't want to get off the ship along with 3,000 people and have to fight for a tour van and guide for all of us.
