Civitavecchia Cruise Ship Terminal

Does anyone have an update on the progress of the new cruise ship terminal?

It was still the white tents when I was there last week. I wasn't aware they were building anything else?

Back in 2016 there was an announced new passenger terminal. https://www.cruiseindustrynews.com/cruise-news/15876-new-passenger-terminal-announced-for-civitavecchia.html . I was there this past October and didn't notice anything. Looking at the design pictures it appears to be at Pier 25.
