Private Cocktail Party on Jewel . . . How, who, cost?

Any idea who I can speak to regarding reserving a private cocktail party for my niece's birthday during our sea day. I have been on the NCL web site but the link to private parties is not working. I just need an idea of cost for a couple of drinks per person and a few hors d'oeuvres.

I'd start out by contacting NCL... "For departures within 60 days please contact us at 1-866-NCL-MEET, or your local travel professional/incentive specialist". This group typically will set up group activities... Enjoy:D
