Ultimate beverage package *limited availability*?

Booked on a cruise for the end of may and have a question regarding the ubp. Received it as a free promo. I'm aware only the first and second passenger receive such perk. However the third passenger is planning on purchasing as well. But, on myncl If you click and view the UBP it says limited availability. Is it really limited availability or does it just say that. The cruise is scheduled for may 27 on the escape out of New York. How late would he have the option to decide whether or not to purchase? Or can they just wait till they get on ship and if they do is the price the same? Thanks for your help

He can purchase it on the ship. All of the ships I have been on they are still selling it during embarkation day.

It just says that. I have never heard of anyone not being able to buy it onboard.

No limit. Purchase onboard. You have to drink a lot to break even.
