Rodney- Reduit Beach

We are heading for this beach, but, where is the best place to ask the taxi driver to drop us off with the best part of the beach with sunbeds, bar and some music if possible.

We went there last week after ziplining & were dropped off at Spinnakers.

Spinnaker's is indeed where the drivers will take you - whether you specifically ask for Spinnaker's or not. It is one of the only vehicle access areas to the beach without going through a hotel.

You'll have a great time. Not much - or any - music floating through the are, but good bar and food at Spinnaker's, chairs/umbrellas for rent and about 20 other restaurants within a 10 minute walk, along with some shopping at the 2 "malls".

Hey cool breeze... U said you went there after going zipping. Which zip line company did u go with and did u do transportation with the zip line co. And if so.... Did u have to get another mode of transport to drop u off at the beach??

We booked with Frank's Taxis & it was $65 each to zipline & $30 each for pick up & dropoff at the cruiseship, a North Island tour & beachtime. So $95 each total! Basically Frank let us dictate the day & we thought it was well worth it. We went to Tree Top Adventure. There were 12 lines & the views were incredible. It was AMAZING & I have a great 'respect' for heights! lol! We were always tethered to either the zipline or the tree on the platform though so I always felt safe.

Overall, it was a great day!
