Just off Brilliance of the Seas, 10-22-11

Hi Folks

Liz and I have returned from BOS Eastern Med. cruise, starting and ending in Barcelona--stopped in Palermo, Sicily, Rhodes and Athens, Greece, Istanbul, Turkey and Malta.

Food ranged from very good to very poor. Liz received a Salmon fillet that was so dry it was inedible.

Shows were excellent. Casino was smoky and you had to walk thru it to get to certain places.

We are not gamblers or smokers. We participated in the 1st night slot pull and found the smoke annoying.

Music at Sail Away party was so loud it hurt my ears!!

All of the ports were great. Weather was very pleasant--50's and 60's most days.

Crew were always friendly. Room steward Thomas was friendly and efficient.

I think that I like Celebrity better--smoking not allowed in Casino, food was very good w/o exception, sail away party was friendly and not loud.

I did read...although too late in our cruise, that all formal nights were no smoking nights in the Casino. Just an FYI...
