zorrosuncle Posted September 6, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 6, 2013 Hi -- What's the story here? I log into Virtuallythere.com to see my flights and it gives me TripCase instead. TripCase lists my e-ticket receipt numbers but does not give me any way of printing off the eticket receipts. What am I going to do? Do you think HAL is aware of this? ZU TripCase is Sabre's smartphone / tablet app. What you are seeing on the LHS of your screen are ads for it ... I'd be printing your e-ticket receipts directly from the carrier(s) website - easy to do if you have the numbers and/or locator(s)/PNR. Scott. I am seeing all my flights come up as before under Virtuallythere.com, only now it is coming up under the TRIPCase site. When I log in initially, it is the site of VirtuallyThere, but then the next screen is TripCase. It is not an ad. It shows my e-ticket numbers but gives me no way of printing them off. YXU AC*SE Posted September 6, 2013 #4 Share Posted September 6, 2013 Sorry ZU - Alas I don't have a valid Sabre-ticketed itinerary at the moment, so I can't help you along. :( Regardless, if you have you e-ticket number and/or locator, you can go directly to the air carrier(s) site to print your e-ticket receipt(s). Scott.
