We're booked on a private with http://www.personaltourscuracao.com/ for our November cruise with 8 people. You could also look at privatecuracaotours.com. They will take 7 and we are top pick, but they were full on our day. Both had very good trip advisor reviews, but around Curacao had 200+ reviews and personaltourscuracao only had 15.
