Door Decorating

I'm trying to get decorations ready for a 60th birthday, and have some questions. Has anyone decorated their doors on the Conquest and do magnets work? Also what color are the doors themselves, Wood colored or white? Want to pick decorations that will show up, so really need to know this. TIA

I was on the conquest a couple weeks ago and also decorated my door with a sign. I don't think magnets work on the doors but I used poster putty. The doors weren't wood color but they were dark. Have fun on your cruise ... I know I did :)

Knowing they're dark will help in picking decorations. I'm sure we'll have a blast, 67 days to go.

I am going to decorate 5 cabin doors for an upcoming cruise 11/18. Does anyone know if magnets work on the Carnival Fantasy doors? I sailed on this ship many years ago but I can't remember if the doors were metal.

Some doors are magnetic and some aren't.

On Carnival's Imagination and Inspiration the forward and aft doors were magnetic while those in the center of the ship were not.

Poster Putty and double-stick tape should do the trick!
