Is anybody else having problems logging into carnival.com? I haven't been able to get on for a couple of days now. TIA
I normally stay logged in as well. I just can't get to MyDocuments to try to book more excursions. I'll call them. ThanksWell first, you don't book excursions through MyDocuments, second to access MyDocuments you have to be using Internet Explorer (Not Firefox or other 3rd party browsers).
Is anybody else having problems logging into carnival.com? I haven't been able to get on for a couple of days now. TIAClear your cookies and then try again. That's a common reason for cruise line web site problems. When they change things on their site, the information in the cookies no longer matches and resulting errors occur. Clearing the old cookies results in your PC having to reload the new ones on revisiting the site.
