Water Temperature in March???

Hey there!

Our next western Caribbean cruise is in March 2010. We've only been cruising in September before - both times, the water (eastern and western Caribbean) was really warm and was great!

Just wondering how the water temp is in March? (I'm sure no matter how it is, it'll be warmer than even our beaches up here in New Hampshire during the summer! lol)

Thanks! :)

In March/April, the only passengers we have encountered that thought the ocean was warm were those from Canada (anything that doesn't have ice cubes floating on it is warm to them we found out). They will be the ones swimming in the water. Most of the rest are sitting on the beach in the sun, but rarely in the water. At least that is what we have encountered on a couple of dozen cruises to both the Eastern and Western Caribbean.

For warmer waters in March, you need to go way down in the Southern Carribean we found out.
