teachin4cruisemoney Posted October 14, 2009 #1 Share Posted October 14, 2009 I'm looking at another spring break cruise on the Fantasy. Prices have gone up, and we are looking at booking a 1A on the Empress deck. What are the pros and cons of a 1A? We're looking for a cheap get away. Thanks! Kwaj girl Posted October 14, 2009 #2 Share Posted October 14, 2009 ...then go for it and save some money! Or do what another "creative cruiser" did to satisfy "his" wallet and "her" desire to cuddle-up - just throw the 2 mattresses on the floor next to each other when you turn in for the night! teachin4cruisemoney Posted October 14, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted October 14, 2009 Thanks for your speedy resonse. It's a group of teachers that are heading out, so we'll all be ok sleeping on our own bunk :). I was just wondering if the beds were as comfortable and if it was hard to get on the top bunk. Kwaj girl Posted October 14, 2009 #4 Share Posted October 14, 2009 ...to get into the top bunk. Suggest that the "lesser partier" be the one who uses that top bunk! ;-)

Also keep in mind that the Fantasy will be in Mobile instead of New Orleans for March 2010. If you are intent on going out of New Orleans, you need to look at the Triumph.
