When do Chops/Portofino reservations open online?

I know it's been asked before, but wanted a current update on the subject.

 

Does anybody know when Chops and Portofino reservations open online? I'm looking for the February 14 sailing of Liberty and have been checking every day.

 

Also, I'm on the Western Itinerary (Labadee, Ocho Rios, Grand Cayman, Cozumel) and was thinking of Days 3 and 4 for specialty restaurants. Any comments on this?

Reservations generally open up 60 - 70 days from sailing.
