sunflwr19 Posted January 7, 2005 #1 Share Posted January 7, 2005 Did anyone receive something with the exact prices for the eastern excursions? I was mailed estimated prices from Carnival (i.e. between $50-100).

sunflwr19 Posted January 7, 2005 Author #3 Share Posted January 7, 2005 I think it was mostly the St. Thomas or St. Maartin excursions. I remember one sounded good but can't remember which island. It was an excursion where you went to two beaches; you took a cable car ride from one beach to the other. Did Carnival send you that?

torybruno Posted January 8, 2005 #8 Share Posted January 8, 2005 Nassau: Blue Lagoon with snorkel 39 Discover Atlantis & Harbor cruise 45 Pearl Island Stingray encounter 49 St. Thomas: Journey through paradise 35 best of st thomas island tour 39 megans bay and paradise point 35 st john trunk bay beach and snorkel 49 ultimate island experience 39 St. Martin: Divi little bay beach experience 38 pinel island snorkel tour 49 See and sea island tour 49 shipwreck cove snorkel tour 52 Hope this helps...that's all that was listed. We did Coki on our own, we were going to go to St. John Trunk Bay on our own but the ships tours were cancelled due to it being too rough...the snorkeling at Coki was pretty decent. There is no snorkeling at Megan's Bay, and the people I talked to that went to Megan's Bay said it was very dirty and polluted. St. Martin we did Orient Beach....beautiful absolutely beautiful beach with great waves to play in, no snorkeling. Nassau we only did the straw market and shopping because it was sweatshirt weather...not beach weather :(

FirsttimersCT Posted January 15, 2005 #11 Share Posted January 15, 2005 Went to St. Marteen on the Valor. We did the Golden eagle Catamaran tour it was Fantastic!!!! I think it was 79 dollars for adults and 63 for children. It came with a snack and all the rum punch and beer that could be consumed. It was 3 1/2 hours long. the ride to a private island took about an hour and 75 minutes of snorkling and one hour back to the pier. It was a great time we loved it. The ride back to the pier from the island was the best part free flowing champange. Search the web for Golden eagle catamaran it might be cheaper. SoccerMom#3 Posted January 15, 2005 #12 Share Posted January 15, 2005 We did the Golden Eagle Catamaran about 6 years ago on Princess and are planning on going again when we are on Glory this summer. I looked at their website and it looks like you have to book thru the ship. It isn't cheap but it is one of the best excursions I have ever done.
