What lines? The only lines I saw were when the cattle all wanted to be the first to graze - either at Lido or in the MDR or wherever.

 

If your dinner is at 8:15pm and you start lining up at 7:30pm, I can see where you might have a lengthy wait. You can show up at 8:25pm and you will still get your share, no worries, no waiting.
