Why so few shore excursions on the Glory?

10XCRUISE

Recommended Posts

Leaving on the Glory on Jan 10th and there are very few Carnival sponsored excursions for this trip; including nothing scheduled for Roatan.

This is our 22nd cruise and yes we have gone on the port boards and booked out own before but we are just curious what's up with this itinerary.

Any thoughts?

I have no idea, but the western route you are going on has so many things to do with many excellent tour operators . We all know that CCL no longer does cave tubing in belize so you can look into that along with all kinds of excursions there, from snorkeling to sightseeing ruins. You have Grand Cayman and Cozumel (I think that is on your route). We only book exursions if we have OBC coming out of our rear ends and we need to do something with it (doesn't happen often enough;))

10x, why don't you join our roll call?

Others have asked about that as well, and supposedly Carnival is currently negotiating its excursion contracts for 2010 and more should be out soon.

See you onboard!
