When do past cruise member and residency discounts start to show up on the Carnival website?

 

Does anyone know when the next Carnival sail is? Interested in a July 2010 cruise out of New York.

When do past cruise member and residency discounts start to show up on the Carnival website? These are Promo rates that are offered only occasionally (or never) on each individual cruise when bookings are slow. IMO generally not more than 8 or 9 months before sailing. When SEARCHing for a cruise, you can also check to see if these rates are currently being offered for that specific cruise by using the blue Quick SEARCH box on the Home page - entering your cruise info and then entering your state and selecting 55+ and Past Guest as appropriate.
