ship time vs port time as listed

If the ship stays on Miami time, and Cozumel is the equivalent of central time, and the itinerary says 8-5 and cruisett dot com says 8-5, whose 8-5 are we using??

 

I can't imagine that cruisett dot com is on EST for all their ports, are they? I'm just trying to figure out if my excursion that is 10-3 coz time is 12-5 ships time or 11-4 ships time, or what???? Is there daylight savings involved? I am there the week after next.

 

I just want to know I have time to get back to my ship.....:D

Both Miami (Eastern) and Cozumel (Central) are on standard time, one hour difference. The ship will inform you as to the time they are using and when you need to be aboard. You should stay on ship time, some ships used to change, while others did not.
