Excursion question

Regent will undoubtedly have a selection of tours available each day you are there. Be aware that you will need to have obtained a pre-arranged visa if you're hoping to do any wandering around unaccompanied by an authorized tour operator.

For our 3 days in St. Petersburg during our August Regent cruise, we took one all-day excursion, and four half-day excursions. Friends even took additional excurisions in the evenings. The Regent Web site eventually had the times of the various excursions so you can plan out your activities. For the most part, the excursions were excellent, and I think only one of the excursions we took in St. Petersburg had a nominal charge.
