THE COVE - Port Canaveral

Does anyone have any info on "The Cove"? How are the restaurants/bars? Any shopping?

We live in Orlando area. We will sometimes drive the 40 minutes to Port Canaveral. There are several restrauants in cove area. Pull up list in www.portcanaveral.org page. Very hometown like style. Sits on channel that the cruise ships come up. We like Rusty's but from what I have heard most have good seafood and some have live entertainment. We enjoy sitting out on the deck eating dinner and watching the ships such as Mariner or Glory pass by about 100yds out sailing slowly out to sea. If you are coming in early to sail it is not far from most hotels.
