Coastal Wildlife Tour in Ketchikan

We were thinking of doing this tour with Princess the first week of July (it is not available independently). Since the option to fly to Anan is not available as it isn't offered until the following week, has anyone been on this tour? Did you see any bears?

Yes, I know there is never a guarantee, but the website says 70% chance and I just wanted to see if any folks here were lucky enough to see them. If you didn't, was it still a nice tour with other wildife viewing?

I will have a possible opportunity to see bears during our land tour, but my daughter is only doing the cruise portion, and she is really wanting to do an excursion where she can look for bears.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Yes, you will see "wildlife" meaning likely eagles. Sorry, but forget the bears on this tour. Extremely slim chance. And verify that Anan is not available? I've seen it offered early July. Did you verify the dates independently??
