Does anyone know if we can order a taxi with a carseat from Miami Port?

Never seen a cab with a car seat installed; there's usually a line of cabs waiting, so you could walk the line until you find one who has a car seat. I think your best best would be to bring your own car seat or arrange for a shuttle service - SuperShuttle services MIA-and specify that you need a car seat with your reservation. Good luck!:)
