Need Early Morning Shuttle Pt. Canaveral

We need an early morning shuttle for a wedding group of about 30 people. We want to stay in a hotel close to Port Canaveral the night before, so some guests can leave their cars parked at the hotel. We have to be dressed for the wedding and check in at the cruise terminal at 10:30am. The problem is, I have read that the hotels with the park/cruise option free shuttles don't run that early. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
