GTY vs Cabin #

If I look at the paperwork I got from my travel agent, it says:

Stateroom: 2A - GTY Not Applicable

which should be a room with a balcony, but if I plug my reservation # into Celebrity's system, it shows:

Stateroom: Guarantee

And, one time, it actually showed me a room number that was an inside room, which would obviously be "not right".

I'm trying to figure out if this is some normal part of the booking process (ie, where it puts me "in the system" and then upgrades it), or if this is a cock-up somewhere.

Anyone have experience dealing with this sort of thing who wants to offer some advice?
