Help with Kenai

We want to do a 4 day post-cruise stay on the Kenai Peninsula. Where would you stay and what is there to do? There will be 3 couples ...the men like to fish and us girls are up for anything!

I would opt for 2 nights in Seward and perhaps for the fishing capital- 1-2 nights at Cooper Center. Or split 2 and 2 with Seward and Homer? Request the Penisular visitor guide as well as the individual city guides.
