What's wrong with the E2 Airport Bus for $1.50

I can't seem to find anyone listing experience taking the airport bus at the New Orleans Airport. Just mapped it and it drops you off one mile away from the Riverwalk Food Court which I have read is the place to cut throught to the Carnival terminal.

Is there something that I am overlooking?

You would have to take a transfer to the Canal St trolley and then take the River front trolley to the terminal. The reason most people do not do it is having to drag your luggage that distance. When for $28 they can be dropped off at the terminal by taking a taxi.
