February Powerboat Adventure Tour?

We are stopping in Nassau on Feb 16 and were thinking of doing the Powerboat Adventures tour. I was looking for weather feedback...wondering if it might be too chilly and/or rough at this time of year? We are boaters and don't mind choppy waters, but don't want to be cold on the ride there. We are also considering the Blue Lagoon Dolphin Encounter or a day pass to one of the beaches or Atlantis.
