Otis1230 Posted February 14, 2010 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2010 I never cruise royal only princess- because we love flexible dinning but now royal has it, and they have the stops I wanted. Does anyone have the Western Compass on liberty- gc, cm, ocho, and Private Island. Its starts in maimi florida, also any tips on getting to shows, flow rider, rock wall, dinner reservations, pool seats, etc

cb at sea Posted February 14, 2010 #3 Share Posted February 14, 2010 The shows are scheduled around the traditional dining times, so if you're doing MTD, you'll have to eat around one of those times, in order to get to the shows. Not a big deal. If you want to do a specialty restaurant, you can either book (and pay) in advance or wait til you get on the ship... The flowrider and rockwall are pretty much 1st come, 1st served....get in line...the times will be posted in your Compass.....and the schedules do change from sailing to sailing.... Pool seats....there are plenty....but of course, not ALL of them can be right next to the poolside! It's roomier and quieter if you go up a deck and away from the railing a bit....they cram the chairs so close together, that you have to crawl onto the chair from the foot of it....if you get away from the pool, you can "spread out" a bit! Just walk down to the pool when you want to take a dip!
