We booked a family retreat cabana on the Eurodam last fall and yes we did receive an email confirmation that day. I also emailed HAL in January to confirm we did have one reserved and paid for as our TA closed and I just wanted to be sure everything was fine. So they again emailed back that all was fine.

Yes, we have a family cabana booked and paid for. Ship services will provide an invoice showing any special services booked.

Yup got mine but it doesn't say which cabana we have.

I received an email from HAL after I booked the retreat cabanna, although it did not say which one. The retreat steward had a list of which cabana you were assigned to. There was also a confirmation in the room.
