I'm trying to figure out the Visa requirements for a Colombian Citizenship with U.S. residency going on a cruise. We are going on the Carnival Magic Med cruise out of Barcelona in June of 2011. Stops in Italy, Croatia, Monaco, and France. My MIL is a Colombian Citizen with U.S. residency (not citizenship).

 

Where is a good resource to figure this out?
