scubagirrl Posted March 9, 2010 #7 Share Posted March 9, 2010 Is it possible to rent a Harley there? Some cruise ships have a Harley tour.. for about $200 pp.. But it's a TOUR, not a rental where you can do what you want. you have a guide. I don't know of any contact other than the cruiseline.. you might want to contact them directly. You must be 25 to ride. This is from the Carnival website: Ride a stylish Harley-Davidson® motorcycle through the vibrant island of New Providence and its countryside. On this excursion you will: After a short walk and safety briefing Listen to a safety briefing then head out with your guide to discover the island. Be in Hog Heaven as you ride through the island and out to the countryside, taking in the history and heritage of the island. Ride past historic villages, churches, and local markets. Visit the local Harley-Davidson® shop, if time permits, before heading back to the staging area where you’ll board the bus for the transfer to your ship. Note: Minimum age to drive is 25 years; minimum age for passenger is 18 years. Guests wishing to drive must present a valid motorcycle license and a credit card to the Tour Operator. The tour price is per bike and includes CDW insurance with a $2,000 deductible. The deductible is fully or partially charged to the driver’s credit card in the event the motorcycle is returned damaged. A helmet is provided and must be worn; closed-toe shoes are required. Guests with medical or physical limitations are not permitted on this excursion. The Harley-Davidson store may be closed on Sundays and public holidays.
