Shopping in the Caribbean

My DH and I will be cruising with RCI in April and hitting such areas as Antigua, Barbados, St. Croix, St. Maarten, and St. Lucia. We are also leaving from San Juan. Of these ports, can anyone tell me which one has the best shopping?

St.Maarten has good deals,

but judging from an opinion poll being run just today on CC's front page --re. shopping in the islands

it would seem that more people think St.Thomas is even better!

Been shopping extensively at both ports. St Martin is the better venue by far. Having said that you must haggle in both locales and know your prices at home. Watches and liquor have been the best values in both. Don't know about cameras but we will in April as we are back to both places. Enjoy your cruise and hope the shopping isn't a deal breaker.
