When is Formal Night on Liberty -Eastern?

We will be sailing on the Liberty in July and I'm curious what night does formal night fall on? Our first full day is in HMC and I was wondering if they would do it that night...or the second night which I think is a full day at sea. We're getting married in HMC and was wondering if I should wear my wedding dress to dinner, or pack yet another dress?
