Please help--Grand Cayman time vs. Valor time???

We will be in the Grand Caymans in June--we have just reset clocks for daylight savings. I have scheduled an excursion that leaves Cayman time at 8:30--our ship is supposed to dock at 7:00--So is that 7:00 Cayman time or is that really 8:00 and we are now going to have to bust our butts to try to get off the ship and meet the excursion folks by 8:30???? Please help--I am so confused as to whether I should cancel the excursion or see if we can make it.

Thanks everyone!

In June (anytime during DST), Grand Cayman will be 1 hour behind the Valor's time since it does not observe daylight savings. So if the Valor is supposed to be in Grand Cayman at 7 (that will be ship time), port time will be 6. Your 8:30 excursion will actually be 9:30 ship's time - plenty of time to make it.
