Interview Regarding Signature of Excellence Enhancements

Hi Everyone,

 

I thought I'd put up a link to an interview I was fortunate to have with Richard D. Meadows of Holland America Line regarding the SOE enhancements to the Veendam and Rotterdam, as well as their plans for the rest of the ships in the fleet.

 

I know there's been a lot of back and forth about some of these enhancements and whether they've been good or not, so I hope this will help to clear up some confusion about what is scheduled for which ships, or why they made the changes they did.
