Bluegirl Posted March 18, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 18, 2010 I'm packing. I want to know what the temperature is every day (and night!) in the ports. (And at sea, if possible. Is this possible??) Does anyone have an URL? I keep searching Costa Maya, for instance, but it never turns up current weather reports, just touristy pages. I'm interested specifically in the Caribbean right now (CM, Cozumel, Roatan), but would also like to have this same info for the Mexican Riviera ports for the future. TIA to anyone with a few links. megr1125 Posted March 18, 2010 #2 Share Posted March 18, 2010 have you tried www.weather.com?? just a thought....put in cozumel or whatever.. as for at sea....should be warm and in the 70s or 80s.... (i think you're obssessing....JUST a little!!!:p;):D) throw in a hoodie, sweater or light jacket in case...it can get breezy and chilly on deck at night, and in the dining room.... cruisenfever Posted March 18, 2010 #3 Share Posted March 18, 2010 I have this site bookmarked and it's very easy to use. You may want to try http://weather.cnn.com/weather/forecast.jsp#
IronKitten Posted March 18, 2010 #4 Share Posted March 18, 2010 I second www.weather.com You can get the next 10 days of weather forecasts on there. For future travel, you can also get average temperature and rainfall data through there: http://www.weather.com/weather/climatology/monthly/USFL0073 Another for average weather, you can check here: http://www.worldclimate.com/
Bluegirl Posted March 18, 2010 Author #5 Share Posted March 18, 2010 Thanks for the info. I suppose I am obsessing just a little! But somehow my packing always seems to be a bit off. We froze in the Caribbean in January, for instance. I had never sailed during cold weather before! So I am second-guessing myself about just how chilly it can get down there in March ... I didn't realize CNN/Weather also offered worldwide weather. Very helpful.
AtlantaAlly Posted March 18, 2010 #6 Share Posted March 18, 2010 For Cozumel and Costa Maya I google: "Accuweather Cozumel Mexico Forecast" "Accuweather Majahual Mexico Forecast" Click on English Measurements, they have up to 15 day forecasts
