Venice Wine Store?

Hi All,

Our whole family will be on a HA Med cruise departing out of Venice. HA allows wine to be brought onbaord for consumption in your room. We will be staying in the San Marco area for a few days before and would like to purchase some wine in Venice to take on with us. Does anyone know of a wine shop in the San Marco area (or not too far afield)?

They are all over (wine is available in many types of stores - grocery, etc). Inquire at your hotel. They will direct you to the best and closest.

We are talking a HAL cruise out of Venice also (Sept 24) and want to buy a few bottles of local wine. Isn't it great HAL let's you bring them aboard! Bon Voyage!

There is a grocery co-op just off the Piazza Roma that has a good selection of wines and other goodies.
