Suites on Jewel?

Hi,

I am driving myself bonkers. I was in a balcony gaurantee and i am now in a suite gaurantee. I cruise on March 28th (six days) and i do not have an assigned cabin yet...........there are only AE (no minis according to website) only AE, AD, AC, and owners. I realize I could still end up with mini if some upsells and pays more than I did. Such is life.

The reason I am driving myself bonkers is i need a picture of AE (both decks) and AD to show my DH. Can some one please post a picture of room and balcony of each? Please.....

Also when will i get assigned a room? I am wondering if it is possible not to get a room assignment until check-in at peir.....I have a bar set-up and i am hoping it finds our room.

Thanks

April

Suite gaurantee just means i could end up in anything from a mini to top level suite. From my understanding most people who book the AG category end up with minis (AF) but according to ncl there are no more minis (AF) available to book.

I think WhyNotMe was just questioning the term "suite category" because no one (who has spent much time on CC) really considers the AF/AG categories as suites. And justifiably so. As pointed out frequently, the mini-suites are really just deluxe balconies.

Your AG guarantee will probably end up with an AF assignment even though that category may be sold out right now. Your supposition that someone will be upsold from an AF is probably accurate.

Finally, try to be patient. I know it's difficult because of all the excitement and anticipation in wanting to know your exact cabin assignment. But it's not unheard of for someone to get assigned at the pier - somewhat unusual, but it does happen.

That's great. I'm sure you're relieved to get your assignment. I think you'll really like 11500. Right under the spa, so noise shouldn't be a problem at all. Plus, you're a 30-second walk from the Bridge Viewing Gallery. And not far from the elevators/stairs (fast access down to the Stardust Theater/Casino or up to Spinnaker's).

Have a great cruise! I certainly did on my Jewel sailing.
