Atlantis question

Hi, sailing in on the Majesty of the Seas, May 22 is when we are in Nassau. Wondering if when we get over to Atlantis if we can purchase tickets to The Dig and such right at the hotel and if anyone knows the pricing? Thanks for any info.

Traci,

We are the Majesty right before you. My understanding is that you can buy day passes there as long as it isn't too busy. It is $110 per adult. Are there any excursions offered on your cruise to do this. Ours just has dolphine encounters and scuba. We wanted to do beach, aquarium and water part and thought we would just go there directly. Have a great time.

Thanks...we don't want to do the whole day there, thought that seeing the Dig may be something different...I guess we could just check when we get there if you can purchase tickets for just that.

Hope you enjoy your cruise!!

I believe the Digs tour is $35 a person. You can purchase tickets at the resort with no problem. There's a kiosk in the casino and I think there's also one near the Dig's entrance, down the steps from the lobby. There is a guarded tour but you don't have to take it. We just walked around on our own. Once you have your wristband, you're allowed to see more of the property. Make sure you don't miss the Predator Lagoon. It has a cool underwater tunnel.

This is a nice way to spend part of a day. While you're at Atlantis, you can also check out the casino and Marina Village next door.

You can see the aquarium at night for free but I'm not sure it would be quite as pretty without the sunlight shining on the water.

Bring comfortable walking shoes and bottled water. Atlantis is huge and expensive. :)

Traci thanks, that's good to know that we will at least be able to do the dig. The water park does look like alot of fun. I just checked and there will be 7 other ships in port with us. Hopefully it's not too busy. I'm sure we will have a great time regardless.
