Salt Water Pools and Hot Tubs contain chlorine?

Do the Salt Water Pools and Hot Tubs contain chlorine?

 

I ask because for some strange reason I'm allergic to the combination of hot water and chlorine. I can get in the hot tubs but I need to take a dip in the cold water afterwards to rinse off or close off my pores.

Yes, they do, it may even fade or discolor your bathing suits.

They definitely contain chlorine as a public pool or hot tub should. The chlorine helps disinfect the water.

I remember something about the hot tub on one of the early Celebrity ships being closed because of contamination sometime in the 90's- I believe it was on the Horizon and they removed it.

Yes both Hot tubs and pool have chlorine in the water.

They would have to to get past any health inspections.
