Restaurant Recommendations for Zurich and Lucerne

My husband and I are on the AMA Enchanting Rhine cruise in August, starting with 2 nights in Zurich then 2 nights in Lucerne. We would appreciate recommendations and/or information for places to eat in both cities.

If no one posts names of restaurants here, I always go to tripadvisor.com and read the reviews of restaurants in the cities I need. Most people who post here also post on tripadvisor.

Eat at Krononhalle restaurant. Expensive, but worth it. Food is outstanding, and the original art work is out of sight. One of the all time best meals that I have ever eaten.

Jaybell....we're doing AMA in Aug. as well...first part of the month starting around Aug. 6 if memory serves me correctly. I've been researching restaurants as well on Trip Advisor and have found several good candidates which seem to all have the same characteristic: $$$$. Plus the new euro weakness doesn't even help us! let me know if you're on the earlly Aug. itinerary and we can compare research..Shipnc (Charlotte, NC)
