Watch Shopping

We are planning to do some shopping in St Martin. I would love to buy a new Michele watch. Has anyone purchased one there? Is this the place to buy a watch? What stores do you recommend?

We believe that St. Maarten offeres the best duty-free shopping in the Caribbean.

 

Our jeweler of choice is Shiva's, on Front Street. They carry (or at least used to carry) Michele.

 

I know for certain that I've seem them in other shops on Front Street.

Anyone there should be able to help you, but you might ask for Jay (Ajay), especially if you are looking for something special (or expensive). It's a family operation and he is the (retiring) Owner's oldest son, and our special friend of over 20 years.
