Ruby.. BB B752 or Caribe on the side

Hi - we're looking at cabins on Ruby. From the amazing aft thread I understand that B752 does not have a beam - correct? Which balcony would be larger? B752 or a BB Caribe?

Not sure on the beam (column actually) status on B752 but balcony size on B752 will be approximately 10 x 10 and side-facing Caribe balcony will be sized 9 x 9.

 

Are you a sun lover or shade lover? B752 will be fully covered and get little direct sun except right at the railing. Side facing caribe deck balcony has overhang over the first 5 ft of balcony depth and the rest is uncovered so you can get as much sun as you would like.

 

Balcony Privacy is the other issue - B752 will be fully covered - no one from above or below can see you - even if you are at the railing.

 

Side facing Caribe has more open balcony space - when you are standing near railing you will look down over Dolphin deck balconies below and can look up and see people out on higher decks if they are standing at their balcony railings.

 

Is B752 one of those aft facing cabins that some have reported noises/smells/drafts from nearby vents? That might sway my choice to that of side facing caribe deck balcony....

Yeah, I'm leaning towards an side Caribe. Size is so close and I like sun, hubby likes shade and I know there's no vent or beam issues.
