Costa in the Med vs Costa in the Caribbean

What are the differences in food quality and quantity? I noted in the Med the quality of food wasn't near as good as previous cruise lines I have cruised with. Is the food quality any better with Costa in the Caribbean? Are there more food option in the Caribbean?
