Trolley

I know this has been discussed before, but I think I remember some talk about there being a trolley and a train and that you can get on and off one and not the other. Which one can you get on and off of? and how often do they come around? Do you have to buy tickets before hand or can you just show up and buy tickets?

The trolley is the off and on venue and they supposedly run around every 20 minutes; and yes you can simply walk up and buy tickets anytime.
