Concierge on the Independence

Can anyone tell me who is the current concierge on the Independence is at the moment and also if poss his/hers email ?

On our 5th June cruise, we hardly used the CL - but it was a guy. Seemed obliging. I think Kenneth Boodoo.

 

The Diamond Lounge was so much nicer - the Concierge up there was Roxanna. Not impressed. Michael is the Bar Tender up there and he is superb.

 

We used the private deck attached to the DL quite a lot - very pleasant in the evening.

 

If you 'phone the C&A desk in Miami, they should be able to give you this info if no-one else on here does. Sometimes they will e-mail through to the ship for you to get information.

 

Sorry I can't be more helpful. Wonder when they are going to repair the engine though.:D

Try this:

You can contact them at xx_concierge@rccl. com, just replace xx with the two initials in front of the ships name on the list. (remove space at .com)

Independence is ID

Ha ha - forgot about infinity. Probably because it is Celebrity!!

 

So Indie is id - makes sense if Infinity is counted as Royal Caribbean - which it technically is, I suppose!!

Everyone on my recent TA said that about Kenneth, but, we had a more contact with Rozanna who was great too. :)
